Folk Dance Group Dragatuš Awards
6 February 2000 – Župančičeva diploma for the year 1999, an award by the Municipality of Črnomelj for achievements in the field of culture.
7 February 2007 – Župančičeva plaketa for the year 2006, the highest cultural award of the Municipality of Črnomelj, for many years of exceptionally successful and dedicated work in the cultural field.
27 July 2014 – Maroltova listina for outstanding long-term work in the field of folk dance (for the year 2013). The award is presented by the Javni sklad Republike Slovenije za kulturne dejavnosti (Public Fund of the Republic of Slovenia for Cultural Activities).
28 September 2014 – “Naša Slovenija” Award in the category Raziskovanje in uveljavljanje dediščine (Research and Promotion of Heritage). The award is presented by Gibanje za ohranjanje in uveljavljanje slovenske kulturne in naravne dediščine (The Movement for Preservation and Promotion of Slovenian Cultural and Natural Heritage).
International Awards
11–23 August 2004 – Certificate of participation awarded to Folk Dance Group Dragatuš for taking part in the 3rd World CIOFF Folkloriada (Hungary, cities: Pécs, Jászberény, and Budapest), the largest folklore festival in the world, where the group officially represented the Republic of Slovenia.
12 May 2024 – Tallinn (Estonia) – Silver Badge of the International Council of Organizations of Folklore Festivals and Folk Arts (CIOFF) awarded to Folk Dance Group Dragatuš collaborator Zdenka Pezdirc for her longstanding and professional work in the field of folklore and her outstanding contribution to the preservation of Bela krajina and Slovenian cultural heritage.
